- Since sweat may damage the hair follicles, activities such as exercise and sports or other heavy work that will cause sweating should be interrupted, especially in the first days.
- As in the pre-sowing period, smoking and alcohol consumption should be avoided after sowing.
- Care should be taken that the hair transplanted area does not touch the pillow as much as possible while lying down.
- Head area should be protected from hot water and sun. Especially in the first weeks, the sea and pool should not be entered. Sauna, spa, and hammam activities should be suspended.
- The skin of the transplanted area should not be itchy, especially in the first days, and infection should not be caused by touching the area.
- Excessive salt consumption should be avoided in order not to prevent edema formation or decrease in edema.
- It should be expected that the crusts will shed spontaneously. Unless necessary, infection should not be caused by touching the planting area by hand.
- Recommended vitamin and mineral supplements can be used to accelerate recovery.
- Medicines and solutions prescribed by the physician should be used as explained by the physician.
- It should be known that there is a period of hair loss after a while after the hair transplant procedure, and it should not be worried by remembering that it is temporary.
- Comfortable clothes that can be closed and opened from the front should be preferred in order not to damage the transplanted area.
- According to the discussions with the doctor, haircuts can be done, but scraping should not be done.
- Attaching a band and a non-compressing wide headband can be used to protect against negative external effects.
- Redness and tenderness for more than two weeks may be a sign of infection. In this regard, it is useful to contact the doctor and be examined again.
