All On Six Dental Implants Procedure in Turkey
First, patients who visit our clinic are seen by our dentist. Examining our patients is our specialty. A more thorough interview stage is initiated if the examination results indicate that all six treatment should be carried out. At this point, our doctors can ask that the patient stop taking some of their medications prior to therapy. For instance, individuals on blood thinners will have to stop taking their prescription for a predetermined amount of time. The aforementioned precautions are in compliance with the rules issued by the Turkish Health Ministry and the American Dental Association, guaranteeing the safety and best possible results over the course of treatment. Following this initial setup, the following steps of treatment are completed:
- The initial pictures of the patient's full jaw are obtained for All-on-6 dental implants in Turkey.
- Intraoral measurements are performed with remarkable accuracy because of Cad Cam technology. Results from moulds created in accordance with the steps completed with Cad Cam are nearly error-free.
- The laboratory receives measurements taken with a Cadcam.
- With the use of a computer, we are able to show our patients a variety of representations of what their teeth will look like following implant treatment.
- A local anaesthetic is administered to the patient prior to the initiation of treatment.
- Teeth extractions are done if they are required.
- Twelve implants are inserted—six in the lower jaw and six in the upper jaw—during the initial step of All-on-6 implant treatment. Biting and chewing are carried out by the optimal function of the jaw, while implants are positioned there. The standard placement angle for front implants is 90 degrees, while the angle for posterior implants is 45 degrees.
- Bridges and crowns, which are temporary prostheses, are attached after the implants are inserted. While veneers or bonding, the patient's final dental restorations, are being created in the dental laboratory, these temporary restorations offer immediate functionality and beauty. Until the final dental crown can be custom-made and implanted, these interim restorations act as placeholders. The appearance and functioning of lost teeth can be restored with a long-lasting and natural-looking dental crown that is specially made to fit over the implants.
- It takes about ninety days for the implants to integrate with the jawbone once the temporary prostheses are attached. Permanent prostheses are inserted, and the temporary ones are taken out after ninety-nine days. Thus, the course of treatment is over.
- Thanks to the permanent prostheses that are placed following the All-on-Six procedure, the patient is able to function normally with artificial teeth. With six implanted teeth, patients can laugh, chat, and eat everything they want without experiencing any discomfort. They can also move around much like people without fake teeth.
